Can I upgrade my service?
Yes, any Cloud Compute service can be upgraded by opening a support ticket.
Can I downgrade my service?
Currently our Cloud Compute instances cannot be downgraded directly due to limitations imposed by operating system filesystems.
To downgrade your service:
- Purchase a new Cloud Compute service.
- Manually transfer data/applications to the new service.
- Cancel the old service.
Can I change the Reverse DNS records for my service's IP addresses?
Yes, Reverse DNS can be modified at any time inside our Cloud Compute Control Panel.
To modify Reverse DNS:
- Open our Cloud Compute Control Panel and login if required.
- Select the server you would like to modify.
- Select Network in the options across the top of the Overview page.
- Click the "Reverse DNS" button beside the IP address you wish to modify.
Note: If the IP address already has a Reverse DNS domain assigned, click the pencil icon beside the domain.
What is the process to setup BGP sessions?
To start the process of setting up BGP sessions with us, simply order the "BGP Sessions" addon for the service you would like to setup BGP sessions on.
Once you have paid the one-time setup fee, you must wait for one of our staff members to contact you via a support ticket.
Our staff will ask you to provide the following:
- To provide ID Verification through Stripe
- Your ASN
- The prefixes you wish to announce
- What routes you would like (Default Routes, Full Table)
- A Letter of Authorization from the entity who holds both the ASN & Prefixes
Note: If the ASN and IP prefixes are held by different entities, we will require a LOA from both.
